Challenge
The client wanted a more economical option with good print quality on the boarding passes given to their customers at the counter.
Solution
We made the change from cardstock to thermal paper, providing a 90% cost reduction.
Change of material in convenience store tickets
Challenge
The client wanted a roll that would allow it to reduce costs with the same performance as their current roll.
Solution
We changed the 55 gr roll that they were buying per diameter to a 48 gr roll with the same content and guaranteed yield per meter. This allowed them to generate a cost reduction of approximately 15%.
