Change from double layer to triple layer corrugated

Challenge The client needed to rework the double layer corrugated sheet by gluing an additional sheet to it instead of importing it.

Solution We provided triple layer corrugated sheet at a more competitive price to avoid rework. Now customers who used to import them can have the product in less time at a better price than in the USA.

Reduction of waste in pelletizing

Challenge This client had problems with their previous supplier that was wasting more than 1 ton of material for every 20 tons, so they were looking for a more efficient supplier.

Solution The customer delivered 20 tons, of which we only wasted 200 kg. Our pelletizing equipment guarantees very little waste generation due to the type of pellet cutting we do.
